We are located on a high ocean front bluff with breathtaking views of Frenchman’s Bay, the mountains of Acadia National Park and the lights of Bar Harbor, Maine. You will find Acadia View to be a warm and friendly place to stay offering casual elegance in comfortable surroundings. We have four tastefully decorated guest rooms, each with private bathrooms and private decks from which to take in the spectacular views of Frenchman Bay, watch for bald eagles, enjoy a radiant sunset or listen for the loons huunting calls.

You are free to enjoy the large great room overlooking the Atlantic ocean, relax in the hammock or take the winding path down to the shoreline. You will wake up to a gourmet breakfast and we will be glad to help you with nearby hiking trails, scenic maine coastal "down east" spots, local artisans, a kayak tour or day trip adventures such as whale watching. Then again, you might just want to spend several hours relaxing at our bed and breakfast with a good book. There is no rush here, after all, you are in Maine.
