Reservation Information

For a reservation of one night only, the full rental amount is required in advance and within 7 days of the request. For reservations of more than one night, one-half of the total rental amount will be required in advance and within 7 days of the request. Deposits may be made by check, Visa or MasterCard and must include the 7% Maine Lodging Tax. The balance of the payment will be due upon arrival.

In the event that a cancellation is necessary for any reservation, notification must be given at least two weeks prior to the first day of the reservation, and the deposit will be returned in full. If notification occurs less than two weeks prior to the first day of the reservation, one-half of the deposit will be returned unless the room can be re-booked for the entire stay in which case your deposit will be returned in full.

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Check-in time is between 3:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. unless other arrangements have been made.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
All room rates include a hearty breakfast, assume single or double occupancy, and are subject to a 7% Maine lodging tax.
We accept Personal Checks, Traveler’s Checks, Cash, Visa, and MasterCard.

Restrictions

Children over twelve years of age, who are well supervised, are welcome.
Although we love pets, we are unable to accommodate them.
Acadia View is a Non-Smoking Bed and Breakfast.

Room Rates

We are open year-round but by "reservation only" in the winter since we will need to warm up your room for you. We may offer a discount for stays of five days or more - ask.  Rates are based on single or double occupancy and there is a charge of $18 per person for additional guests in a room.
